Once you become a Moneypad client, we’re here for you. We won’t charge you each time you call or email us to raise a query. So you’re free to contact us whenever you need to throughout the year – not just when it’s time to prepare or submit your year-end accounts. Why? Because we’d rather spend a few minutes now answering your query than help you pick up the pieces later.

We don’t just look back: we help you plan forward

We don’t just take your records and look back at the year’s trading. We provide you with whatever accountancy and finance advice and support you need throughout the year – to increase your profits, minimise your costs, improve your cashflow, streamline your systems, manage your tax affairs … and build your business.

We offer this so that we can establish precisely what you want from us and how we can best meet your requirements. And you can ask whatever you want to ask to be sure that we’re the right accountants for you.

In order to be able to offer you a sound base on which to build your business, we need to be sure that there’s a ‘good fit’ between us.

We’re upfront about how we charge

Once we know what you want, we’ll agree the fee. Call us when you need us and there’ll be no extra charges. No nasty surprises.

Different payment systems suit different businesses. Choose whether you want to pay monthly, quarterly or annually – according to your business needs.
