• prepare your employee payslips weekly, fortnightly, monthly (or all of those) according to your needs

• generate your payslips electronically or post them to you – according to your needs

• either advise you of the amounts you need to pay your employees (and when) or, alternatively, instruct your bank to make the payments – whichever suits you

• inform you of the amounts you need to pay to HMRC (and when)

• submit your payroll data to HMRC, and

• ensure that your payroll year-end is processed and complete.
